The Mompreneur Retreat

September 21-25, 2026

For women building businesses while raising families —
who want clarity, community, and space to breathe.

Charleston, SC

Small group. Five women. One intentional week.

Designed for ambitious women who refuse to burn out.

You’re building something meaningful. A business with vision. A life that works for your family. And most days, you’re holding both at once. You make decisions all day long, for clients, for your team, for your children, for your household. And somewhere in the middle of that… your own clarity gets pushed to the bottom of the list.

This retreat exists to change that.

It’s not a conference. It’s not hustle culture in a prettier location. It’s an intentional space to step away, think clearly, recalibrate your direction, and reconnect with the kind of business growth that feels sustainable.

You don’t need more pressure. You need perspective. You need space.
You need women who understand both sides of your life.

That’s what this week is for.

Being a mom is hard. Being an entrepreneur is hard. Doing both can feel isolating. For this week, you won’t have to explain yourself. You’ll be surrounded by women who understand exactly what you’re building — and you’ll leave with renewed energy, clearer direction, and a small circle that truly gets it.

What You’ll Walk Away With

Not every room understands both sides of your life.

When the five spots are gone, they’re gone.

This isn’t a packed conference schedule. And it’s not a vacation where business gets ignored. It’s both… intentionally.

Mornings begin slowly. Coffee. Breakfast at the house. Conversations that wander from school drop-off stories to revenue goals without skipping a beat.

Some days we gather around the table for focused workshops: clarity work, aligned growth, content planning, sustainable marketing, productivity, visibility, and building a business that actually fits your life instead of consuming it.

But this week isn’t about hustling from session to session.

There’s space built in on purpose.

Afternoons to explore Charleston at your own pace.

Quiet coffee shops. Boutique shopping. Waterfront walks. Rooftop cocktails. Time to rest, think, journal, nap, connect, or simply exist without constantly needing something from you.

In the evenings, we gather again for experiences that feel more like connection than networking — sunset dinners, live music, boat cruises, hidden speakeasies, and conversations that somehow become the ones you remember most.

What the Week Includes

There’s structure. There’s space.

There’s depth.

And maybe most importantly…

There’s finally room to breathe.

When the five spots are gone, they’re gone.

A Different Kind of Business Growth

When you travel with your family, you’re still mom.
And when you run your own business, you’re never really off.

Your brain is always on — holding the house, the clients, the calendar, the ideas, and the constant mental tabs that come with building something while raising a family.

A Momcation was created because moms deserve space that isn’t about taking care of everyone else.

This retreat exists because mompreneurs need that same space… but layered.

Throughout the week, we’ll move through a mix of guided workshops, collaborative conversations, and reflective moments designed specifically for women building businesses while navigating real life alongside them.

The sessions are intentionally focused on sustainable growth — not hustle for the sake of hustle. We’ll talk about visibility, positioning, productivity, boundaries, aligned marketing, decision-making, and building a business that actually supports your life instead of competing with it.

But some of the most valuable parts of the week won’t happen during the workshops themselves.

They’ll happen over coffee in the morning. During slow afternoons wandering Charleston. Around the dinner table. On boat rides, rooftop patios, quiet walks, and conversations with women who understand both the ambition and the responsibility that come with building something of your own.

Because this retreat isn’t about escaping your business.

It’s about stepping away long enough to hear yourself think again.

You’ll leave with fresh perspective, renewed energy, meaningful connections, and a deeper confidence in how you lead both your business and your life.

One week. Endless memories. Limited spots.

When the five spots are gone, they’re gone.

Workshops Designed for Mompreneurs

This week includes a curated series of workshops led by experienced founders and coaches who understand the realities of building a business while raising a family. Each session offers a different perspective — blending strategy, reflection, and practical insight you can carry back into your work.

Together, they create space to step back from the day-to-day of your business, explore new ideas, and have the kinds of conversations that help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

More coming soon.

The Rhythm of the Week

Still thinking about it?

Florence isn’t a small decision.

It’s time away.
It’s an investment.
It’s choosing yourself in a season where you’re usually choosing everyone else.

If something about this week feels like a yes — but you still have questions — let’s talk.

Late September is that rare pocket of calm. The kids are back in school. Summer chaos has settled. The holiday rush hasn’t started. You’re not knee-deep in December events or scrambling for end-of-year logistics.

It’s also right before Q4 really ramps up.

You’re starting to think about finishing the year strong… and quietly wondering what next year could look like if you made different decisions.

This week sits in that sweet spot.

It gives you space to step away before the busiest stretch begins. To reflect on what worked this year. To recalibrate what didn’t. To get intentional about how you want to close this chapter and step into the next one.

    That’s why I chose it.

And honestly? It may very well become the annual Mompreneur getaway week for exactly that reason!

  • Because this retreat includes structured business workshops, coaching sessions, and professional development, some women may be able to classify a portion of their investment as a business expense.

Every business and tax situation is different, so I always recommend speaking directly with your accountant or tax professional to determine what may apply to you.

While I’m not able to provide tax advice, many women choose to view this week not just as a retreat — but as an investment in both their personal growth and their business development.

  • This week is designed for women who are actively building or growing a business while raising a family. You don’t need to be at a specific revenue level — but you should be in a season where you’re ready to think intentionally about growth, structure, and sustainability.

If you’re craving clarity, connection, and a reset before the busiest part of the year, this room will likely feel aligned.

  • All rooms are reserved as private king suites with en-suite bathrooms to maintain the intimacy and comfort of the retreat.

If you are attending with a business bestie and prefer to share a room, king beds can be configured as two twins. Shared pricing may be available — please inquire for details.
