Moms On Mics
January 28-31, 2027
Hopewell, Jamaica
For mompreneurs ready to step away, connect, and share their story.
Small group. Private villa. One unforgettable trip.
Moms On Mic Retreat is a small-group experience for mompreneurs who are ready to step away from the day-to-day, connect with other women building businesses, and share the story behind what they're creating.
Over four days in Jamaica, you'll have the opportunity to:
🎙️ Share Your Story
Be featured on Honest Mom Talk and connect through meaningful conversations.
📣 Grow Your Visibility
Learn how podcast guest appearances can help you reach new audiences and expand your business.
🤝 Connect with Other Mompreneurs
Build relationships with women who understand both entrepreneurship and motherhood.
🌴 Enjoy a Momcation
Relax, recharge, and enjoy a few days where the meals, transportation, accommodations, and experiences are already taken care of.
It's a chance to invest in yourself, your business, and the relationships that help both grow.
Running a business while raising a family can feel isolating.
You have ideas you want to talk through, challenges you're navigating, wins worth celebrating, and a story behind what you're building that deserves to be heard.
This retreat was designed to create space for all of that.
Over four days, we'll come together to connect with other mompreneurs, share experiences, exchange ideas, and have the conversations that often get pushed aside in everyday life.
You'll have the opportunity to be featured on Honest Mom Talk, participate in a workshop about leveraging podcast guest appearances to grow your business, and spend time with women who understand both entrepreneurship and motherhood.
We'll brainstorm, collaborate, make introductions, share resources, and support each other in moving our businesses forward.
And just as importantly, there will be time to simply enjoy the experience.
Because sometimes your biggest breakthroughs happen when you step away from your desk.
What this trip is all about
Use this time in the way that serves you best—whether that's sharing your story, building new connections, gaining visibility for your business, or simply stepping away long enough to hear yourself think.
When the spots are gone, they’re gone.
The Part Where You Get To Exhale
Your private driver will meet you at the Montego Bay airport and bring you straight to the villa.
No figuring out transportation.
No coordinating logistics.
No deciding where everyone wants to eat.
Just arrive, settle in, and let someone else take care of the details for a change.
Over the next few days, you'll hike to a waterfall, float down the Martha Brae River on a bamboo raft, enjoy prepared meals, unwind with an included in-villa massage, and spend time with a group of women who understand both entrepreneurship and motherhood.
There will be space for conversations by the pool, quiet mornings with coffee, and the kind of moments that are hard to find in everyday life.
Because while this retreat is designed to help you grow your business, it's also designed to give you a break from constantly running it.
Because sometimes the best thing you can do for your business is step away from it for a few days.
When the spots are gone, they’re gone.
Hosted by Women Who Get It
Moms On Mic Retreat is hosted by Molly and Jillian, the women behind Honest Mom Talk—a podcast created to have the conversations moms are already thinking about but don't always have the space to say out loud.
As moms, business owners, and podcast hosts, we've experienced firsthand how isolating it can feel to carry everything at once—the business, the family, the responsibilities, and the constant pressure to keep going.
We created Moms On Mic Retreat because we believe women need more spaces where they can connect honestly, share what they're building, learn from one another, and step away from the day-to-day long enough to hear themselves think again.
Together, we've blended the things we value most—meaningful conversations, genuine connections, personal growth, and unforgettable experiences—into one retreat.
Because sometimes the most valuable thing isn't another strategy. It's being in a room with the right women.

It's somewhere in the middle.
A few days with ambitious women who understand the reality of building a business while raising a family. Expect meaningful conversations, new ideas, plenty of laughter, and the kind of connections that continue long after the trip is over.
