Salem Momcation – November 4–7, 2027
A cozy, candlelit escape where fall colors glow, witchy wisdom flows, and just the right amount of spooky magic lingers in the air.

  • Picture This:

Picture yourself spending the weekend in a possibly haunted 1800s home—creaky floors, flickering candles, and the perfect amount of ghost story potential. You sip cider in a cozy parlor with new friends, craft a spell jar under soft golden light, and feel the pull of history in the air as you wander Salem’s cobblestone streets.

This isn’t a jam-packed itinerary—it’s an intentionally slow, soul-stirring escape with plenty of space to roam, rest, and reconnect. You’ll have time to explore the magic shops, hidden alleyways, and haunted corners at your own pace... and just enough structure to feel held and cared for.

From candlelit dinners to immersive storytelling, creative workshops to spine-tingling tours, this weekend is for women who crave something more than just a break—it’s for those who want a little mystery, a little laughter, and a little magic, too.

    🍂 Day 1: Arrive & Exhale

Check in, drop your bags, and settle into our charming historic house in the heart of Salem. We’ll ease into the weekend with a relaxed dinner in—comfort food, candlelight, and a “Sip & Spell” jar-making activity to set the tone for what’s to come. No pressure, just connection and witchy vibes.

    🧙‍♀️ Day 2: Wanders & Witchery

Start with breakfast sandwiches from a local favorite, then head to The Witchery for a creative workshop/ Afterward, enjoy free time to wander the shops, stroll the wharf, or rest up. Later, we’ll regroup for a historic walking tour through Salem’s haunted past… and cap the evening with a cozy dinner at one of the town’s most iconic spots.

    🎭 Day 3: Ghosts, Drama & Downtown

Sleep in, then fuel up with a cozy breakfast at Red’s Sandwich Shop—a beloved Salem classic tucked inside a former colonial meeting house. In the afternoon, we’ll head to Cry Innocent, an interactive witch trial reenactment that’s part courtroom, part time travel. That night, we gather for a final group dinner filled with laughter, stories, and a touch of that New England magic.

☕ Day 4: One Last Spell

Wake slow. Sip something warm. Cinnamon rolls and croissants will be waiting for you before we hug goodbye and head back to real life—just a little more relaxed, a little more inspired, and maybe still glowing from the candlelight.

    ❌ What’s Not Included

While this weekend is designed to feel as all-inclusive as possible, there are a few things you’ll want to budget for on your own:

Transportation to and from Salem, MA

Travel insurance (highly recommended—we’ll send you options)

Personal expenses like souvenirs, snacks, or that crystal wand you have to have

Any additional activities or excursions not listed on the itinerary

Alcoholic drinks at restaurants (but we’ll be serving signature cocktails during our cozy Thursday night dinner at the house!)

  • What to Know:

    Why the weekend after Halloween?
Because that’s when Salem exhales. The decorations are still up, the streets are still full of stories—but the energy is calmer, slower, and even more enchanting.

    Only 5 rooms total.
This is a true small-group escape—more like a weekend away with soul sisters than a big retreat. Expect space to breathe, connect, and not have to fight over the last croissant. While there are only five rooms available, the layout allows for up to nine women to join us—cozy, not crowded.

    Where we’re staying
We’ll be taking over the historic Henry Derby House—a cozy, colonial-era home tucked in the heart of Salem. It’s walkable to everything, full of vintage charm, and possibly haunted. (Yes, really. People have seen things. 👻) You’ll get the comfort of a group Airbnb with the spooky elegance of a 19th-century stay.

This trip is slow-paced but soul-stirring.
There’s no early morning yoga or jam-packed itinerary here. Just a few curated activities, meaningful connection, and lots of free time to wander, read, shop, or nap. Salem is full of nooks and weird little magic shops—it’s made for exploring at your own pace.

Workshops are hands-on and witchy in the best way.
You’ll create your own spell jar Thursday night and choose your craft at The Witchery on Friday (broom, tarot journal, scrying mirror, or something else—you’ll pick closer to the trip). No experience needed. Just bring a little curiosity and a sprinkle of intention.

    We keep it cozy—not costumed.
You’re welcome to bring your velvet cloaks and witch hats, but this isn’t a Halloween party. It’s more like fall layers, candlelight, and sipping cider while swapping ghost stories with new friends.

    Yes, we’ll feed you well.
Three breakfasts, three dinners (one in, two out), snacks, and cider cocktails are all included. You’ll cover lunches and any extra snacks you pick up while wandering.
