If you want to move forward, I’ll send over the link for the $197 per-person planning fee. It’s non-refundable (because I start right away), but it covers everything you’re about to hand off to me. You’ll breathe easier, I promise.

Step 4: Time to get the ball rolling.
We’ll schedule your planning call—just you, or invite the group if you’re feeling generous. I’ll walk through next steps and start pulling together the options.

Step 5: You stop being the group text ringmaster.
I’ll create the booking links, set up a WhatsApp group, send the reminders, and handle the inevitable “wait, what are the dates again?” chaos. Every person who joins will get their own link to pay the planning fee and hop on board.
